Cancellation Policy:

Immediate Requests: Cancellations will only be considered if made immediately after placing the order. Once the digital product has been made available for download or the download process has started, we cannot accept cancellations.

Unforeseen Circumstances: In cases where the download or use of the product has not started and an unforeseen issue is reported within 7 days of purchase, we will consider requests for cancellation on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Policy:

Digital Products: Generally, refunds are not available for digital products once they are downloaded due to their non-returnable nature.

Quality Concerns: If the quality of the digital product is not as described or fails to function as advertised, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. Refunds or replacements may be provided after thorough verification by our team.

Defective Products: In the event of a defective or damaged product, please report the issue within a reasonable period of receipt. Our team will assess the situation and decide on a possible refund or replacement based on the merchant’s verification.
Refund Processing:

If a refund is approved under the conditions listed, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
Exceptions:

Perishable Items: Please note that any physical components of the ReLive program, such as associated health kits or perishable items, are not eligible for cancellation or refunds once dispatched.
Warranty Issues:

For any ReLive digital products that come with a manufacturer's warranty, please direct concerns regarding warranty issues to the manufacturer.
